1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pas77 platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the pas77 platform. pas77 operates a strict 21+ policy in recognition of the Indonesian regulatory environment and in the interest of player welfare. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. pas77 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Jurisdiction: The pas77 platform is primarily intended for individuals who are residents of Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pas77 makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in any particular jurisdiction outside of the territories where pas77 holds a valid operating license.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pas77 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: The pas77 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any professional gambling operation is prohibited without prior written consent from pas77.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting under your own free will when placing any wager. pas77 will not accept bets placed by individuals who are demonstrably intoxicated, under duress, or otherwise impaired in their ability to make informed decisions.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion program — whether through pas77 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming body — at the time of registration or during any active gaming session.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pas77 Services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a Member account. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and a preferred username and secure password. You agree to keep all registration information current and to notify pas77 promptly of any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pas77 strongly recommends the use of a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify pas77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pas77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pas77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing account monitoring. You may be asked to provide copies of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds declaration, where the deposit amounts or withdrawal requests exceed thresholds determined by pas77's compliance team

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. pas77 reserves the right to close an account and return deposits to source if KYC documentation cannot be verified to the required standard.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pas77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds. pas77 may close or suspend an account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pas77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transactions via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pas77 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your pas77 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. pas77 does not charge its own fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification status. The target processing time for verified accounts is under 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within two banking hours for bank transfer withdrawals. pas77 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider processing queues, banking system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified in the account holder's name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier section of the platform.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met — see Section 5.
• pas77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms, pas77 may freeze a withdrawal pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pas77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded to a pas77 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet wagering obligation and associated bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly — only winnings derived from the completion of wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• pas77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, Members who have already opted in and commenced wagering will be permitted to continue under the original terms until the promotion's expiry date.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage) will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are only available to Members who have completed the full registration process. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits made before opting into a promotion.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

pas77 regularly runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar, including but not limited to Ramadhan deposit bonuses, Idul Fitri cashback promotions, Nyepi holiday free spins, and Indonesian Independence Day tournaments. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign are published on the promotions page of the platform at the time the campaign is active. Past promotional terms do not apply to new campaigns, even where the campaign name is similar.

6 Gameplay Rules

The rules governing each individual game and betting market offered on the pas77 platform are set by the respective game provider or, in the case of sportsbook markets, by the pas77 sportsbook rules document. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product categories:

• Game outcomes in all RNG-based products (slots, virtual table games, togel draws) are determined by certified random number generators. pas77 does not have the ability to influence game outcomes after a bet has been placed and accepted.
• Live casino game results are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning equipment in regulated studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. pas77 accepts no liability for the decisions of live dealers acting within their provider's approved procedures.
• Sportsbook bets — including bandar bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers — are subject to the pas77 Sportsbook Rules, which govern match void scenarios, postponements, partial cashouts, and settlement procedures. The Sportsbook Rules are published separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• Void bets: A wager may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: a game error or technical failure resulting in an indeterminate outcome, a manifest pricing error by pas77 or the game provider, or where a wager was placed in breach of these terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Member's balance.
• Disputed results: In the event of a dispute regarding any game or bet outcome, the decision of pas77's customer support team, acting in consultation with the relevant game provider, is final and binding.

7 Responsible Gaming

pas77 is committed to the highest standards of responsible gaming and player welfare. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point it ceases to be that for you, pas77 provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A Member may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for wagering purposes, and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed and approved by the pas77 responsible gaming team.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions remind Members of the time elapsed and the net result of their wagering activity during the session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the pas77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false personal information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing anomaly identified in any game or betting market — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture
• Colluding with other players in any live casino, poker, or multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical or account-level restrictions
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals in patterns designed to obscure the origin of funds
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, including through the use of alternate accounts
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account or any balance therein to a third party
• Providing false documentation during the KYC process or any other identity verification procedure

9 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the pas77 platform — including but not limited to the pas77 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pas77 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to pas77.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any pas77 platform content without prior written authorization from pas77. Unauthorized use of pas77 intellectual property — including the use of the pas77 brand name or logo in any context suggesting affiliation, endorsement, or official connection — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pas77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever
• Any technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or latency issues that affect the availability of the platform or the outcome of any active wager
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays outside pas77's direct control

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, pas77's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of pas77 to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pas77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pas77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

pas77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering for a pas77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pas77 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided explicit consent — the delivery of marketing communications. pas77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers acting under strict confidentiality agreements, or where disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent authority.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by pas77, subject to the limitations imposed by regulatory retention requirements. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 14.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their validity, interpretation, enforceability, or breach — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pas77 holds its primary operating license. By using the pas77 platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute not resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described below.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from your use of the pas77 platform, you agree to first contact pas77 customer support and allow a period of 30 days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate licensing authority or, where applicable, to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognized by pas77's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments

pas77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Member — pas77 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning, or formatting updates — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pas77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
